Northwest Pennsylvania Cooperation Council
Northwest Pennsylvania Cooperation Council, one of the largest non-profit labor-management organizations in the US, will enter its 21st year of operation in 2005.
NwPACC advances labor-management services in the seven counties of Northwestern Pennsylvania – Mercer, Erie, Clarion, Crawford, Venango, Forest and Warren.
NwPACC is supported by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor, Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, foundations, local governments and school districts. It is affiliated with the National Labor Management Association, Mahoning Valley (Ohio) Labor Management Citizens Committee, Pennsylvania Economic Development Association, Industrial Relations Research Association, Penn Northwest Development Corporation and other labor-management committees throughout the state.
NwPACC earns its keep by administering cost-lowering solutions for everyday business problems.
